I've just updated to Wacom Components Driver version: 7.6-29 using The battery life is approximately about 5 months (2 hours/day, 5 days/week) with Wacom Active ES (AES) mode and about 2 month (2 hours/day, 5 days/week) with Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) mode. Holding the two side buttons to change the pen mode doesn't work. Whenever this happens, I cannot use the pen itself and the side buttons. Then the pen completely turns off and it doesn't work until I remove and put back the batteries (or simply unscrewing and re-screwing the battery lid). The pen stops working if I press either of the side buttons on the pen. Keipaws wrote:I'm having a similar problem but with full batteries.
